Privacy Policy

Data we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, phone number, and (optionally) your NID for identity verification. We also log API request metadata — method, path, status, response time, IP, and API key — for abuse prevention and usage analytics.

Data we do NOT collect

• We do not store the content of geocoding queries you run through your API key.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not share user data with advertisers.

How your data is used

Your profile data is used to identify you, process payments, and provide customer support. Request logs are used to enforce rate limits, detect abuse, and improve the service. Logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

• You can request a copy of your data by emailing support.
• You can delete your account at any time — all associated data is purged within 30 days.
• You can revoke any API key from your account dashboard.

Security

We use JWT authentication, HTTPS everywhere, and hash passwords with bcrypt. API keys are hashed at rest. We do not store raw passwords.
