1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rasta Mapen API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. API Usage

You must authenticate every request with a valid API key. You are responsible for keeping your key secure. We reserve the right to rate-limit, throttle, or revoke access if abuse is detected.

3. Plans and Billing

We offer multiple tiers — Free, Starter, Growth, and Enterprise. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through bKash Send Money. Subscriptions renew only when you submit a new payment; we do not auto-renew.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not redistribute raw dataset exports without written permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service.
• Do not use the API to build a competing geocoding platform.

5. Data Accuracy

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every address or coordinate is correct. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, abuse, or non-payment. You can cancel anytime by letting your subscription expire.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
